Live AFL 2025, Brisbane Lions vs Narrm Melbourne Demons, Round 10

Gun rebounding defender Keidean Coleman is today making his return to the AFL for Brisbane as they tackle Narrm, after a 438-day stint on the sidelines after an ACL injury.

The Lions (7-1-1, 112.9 per cent) are fresh off a shock draw with North Melbourne last week, in a result that may act as the wake-up call the reigning premiers needed after a strong start to 2025. A win today would take them to 8-1-1 for the first time in 22 years.

Meanwhile, the Demons (3-6, 79.4 per cent) had their three-game win streak ended last week by Hawthorn, but still look to be much better than the side they were amid a 0-5 start to the year.

Brisbane have had the upper hand in this clash of late, winning four of their last five games against Narrm. They’ve also maintained their ‘fortress’ record at the Gabba, winning 11 of the last 13 matches there.

After two successful games in the VFL after his ACL injury, Keidean Coleman will play his first game back at the top level for 438 days on the sidelines. Conor McKenna also returns, with the pair replacing Jarrod Berry (concussion) and Darcy Fort (omitted).

Simon Goodwin has made three unforced changes to Narrm’s side, dropping all of Jacob Van Rooyen, Koltyn Tholstrup and Matthew Jefferson for Harrison Petty, Jake Melksham and Aidan Johnson.

The first bounce will hit the Gabba turf at 3:20pm local time in Brisbane, with subs from either team to be confirmed an hour beforehand.
