Syria's rebel-led Salvation Government takes control

Syria’s prime minister has agreed to hand power to the rebel-led Salvation Government. The opposition forces who overthrew President Bashar al-Assad say they’re granting amnesty to all military personnel conscripted into service under the former ruler.
